Looking to lower monthly bill

Currently have just internet and mobile services from Xfinity. Price for internet service has continued to rise year over year and still have to continue to pay a lease on the modem. My area just welcomed Surf fiber internet so there is finally some competition. Unfortunately, the $104 total I pay for 400/30 internet service is no longer enticing. I would love to speak with a mod to see if there is anything we can do to find me a better deal.
