The Giant cypher #4 - With a little help from AI, I found a weird message - "THE GIANT IS THE KEY"

First off need to say I have never done this and just wanted opinions/see if this is helpful in anyway.

Wanted to see if I could find anything interspersing when trying to decrypt the cypher. After putting in prompts to see if it could recognize anything it steered me into a Base64 encoding.

After plugging that into this website Base64 and it auto read as a Windows-1251 character set.

After taking that line I tried encoding that into a Hexadecimal HEX format to see if it would become readable.

AI said it was not and that it might be able to be read in binary. So, I decrypted it into binary and got Binary.

After all this and feeling like Charlie Kelly in IASIP I put that binary prompt into an AI search and it told me it was this AI result "THE GIANT IS THE KEY"

This has probably been found out from people WAYY smarter than me but I didn't want to leave it to chance
