**Welcome to Joint Task Force Romeo**! Joint Task Force Romeo (JTFR) is a Semi-Serious Arma 3 Milsim unit that has been arond since 2019 and is currently still active operating twice a week. Our operations offer a wide range of objectives to complete, from simple intel gathering to large scale operations we do it all. We offer a relaxed structure by not following traditional milsim standards but, focusing on operations and providing a fun tactical environment for all our members to partake in.

**Who we are:**

Joint Task Force Romeo aims to bring like-minded Arma 3 players together, unified by a single rule: Be Cool; Don't Be Not Cool. JTFR is currently looking for mature players who wish to take part in a team-oriented environment. Our unit has been around since 2019, we are a group of players who enjoy military simulation without the extras. Our primary goal is to have fun, we are serious when needed and we still like to joke around while playing.

**Attendance:**

There is no mandated attendance, we ask that you attend as many operations as possible. If you want to keep your specific role and slot we ask that you attend at least 2 operations a month to be listed as active. Reserve members are those that cannot meet the minimum for a permanent slot, they can join any slot that is not specified on the roster.

**What else we offer:**

* A place to hang out to enjoy multiple games alongside the usual operations.
* A flexible community that listens to input.
* Operations following a story-driven campaign every Monday and Tuesday @ 8:00 PM EST
* Side operations hosted in between our regularly scheduled operations.
