I(22m) am a caretake of my father(49M) who is disabled and unable to speak or write legible as he lost control of his dominant hand, he is still of sound mind.

He recently was being foreclosed but managed to stop the foreclosure with a loan modification. He signed the documents(to the best of his ability which is a wiggly lins) and got it notarized and sent out.

they sent an email asking to resign the documents and said this

BORROWER DID NOT SIGN NAME AS PRINTED ON ALL SIGNATURE PAGES. SIGNATURE NOT LEGIBLE. SIGNATURE DOES MATCH SIGNATURE ON DEED OF TRUST OR PRIOR NAME AFFIDAVIT.

what do i do in this situation in order to process his loan modification?

mr dickhead hildebolt kept trying to claim my region but j was successfully able to bury his troops in my beautiful wheat fields, i decided to turn around and claim one of his regions which i did and beat the hell out of him again but i am unable to do anything with region. Is this because its just still early access and havent been able to expand to that part of the game yet?

Hey everyone im sorry if this awkward way of typing but this is my first time ever doing something like this but i feel my life has come to a point again where i feel the same feeling of being lost but this time it seems different and i honestly dont know what to do.

I recently got back into anime and have been having a hard time to get into some new anime shows since I caught up on Mushoku Tensei and Attack on Titan, I was wondering what are some shows that I could watch that are similar to these?

I have watched Re Zero and your more classic animes but i have a hard time sticking to some due to the lack of character deaths and kinda harder hitting emotions that make it feel more raw and real, one thats are darker than your average feel good
