False Negatives due to Antibiotics?

Hi,

Almost 3 weeks out from post potential exposure, got tested once around 2 weeks and again a few days after the first test.

I had full panel STD tests and tested negative for everything.

I took a 1 dose azithromycin a day post exposure out of panic and i read that it could potentially get rid of chlamydia early on. On the time i had my second test, i was given a 10 day course with amoxicillin for tonsillitis since i went to urgent care for that plus my STD scare for a second opinion.

I have a doc appointment next week to ask if maybe what i have could be mgen or trich or potentially urethritis from prostatitis/CPP caused from my anxiety.

Would these antibiotics potentially mess with my test for mgen and trich if i could get it ordered?

I do have tests lined up in June, July and August just to make sure i am truly clean. Should i tough it out and just get tested 2 or 3 weeks after i finish amoxycillin?

Current symptoms r slight tingling on the end of my urethra which is slightly reddish and reddish meatus. Pics r in my last post on this subreddit for reference. Its not painful just uncomfortable and anxious over not knowing the cause of this.
