Clean signal almost not audible when i turned off distortion

So i got this pedalboard longtime ago and has been playing with it ever since it got assembled and just now i got some trouble.

Whenever i turn on my distortion pedal it capture the sound normally but when i turned it off the clean signal sound weak and quiet before sounding normally after 5 seconds and I've tried changing my power supply cable but still the same,ive tried to change the jumper cable its still the same.

Im thinking of buying new jumper cable but im still halfhearted,i just gotta know the problem befoe buying something.

Anyone got an idea whats wrong?
