My friend and I are having project making Marceline bass, but from what I've seen, most of them has the higher neck register is swallowed by the body, and we're trying not to do that. So what's the scale length for it not to be swallowed by the body

Does anyone has a flac files for earthmover they could share?, i really want to buy the whole album but payment and currency exchange are on highway right now and I am yet to have my credit cards so i went here to ask if anyone has the track in flac format. Thanks beforehand

Is it just coincidence or is it direct inspiration. By the color palette and the way the album title sit by the left edge. Dumb question i know

Been listening to "Enjoy Everything" By Whirr and that saxophone part is just soo good, is there anynmore shoegaze with saxophone?

I just got into shoegaze in mid 2023 and in 2025 i stumbled across a genre called grungegaze, and i have been listening to them a lot to such a band narrowhead, bleed, fleshwater, and tagabow and what makes me enjoy them so much is their vocal who seems out of place and seems really high on the vocal register with their really distorted fuzzy guitar and i just want to know is there a name for this kind of vocal technique?

Useless, i know but i just want to explain this to my normie bandmate

I got this infestation back way mid 2024 and i thought it might just roaches season where all the roaches comes out of their hiding place and i just shrugged it off and fast forward to now my house is crazily infested and i dont know how to get rid off it my mom and dad had tried remedies they found on internet but still it wont gone. So i got this pedalboard longtime ago and has been playing with it ever since it got assembled and just now i got some trouble.

Whenever i turn on my distortion pedal it capture the sound normally but when i turned it off the clean signal sound weak and quiet before sounding normally after 5 seconds and I've tried changing my power supply cable but still the same, ive tried to change the jumper cable its still the same.

Im thinking of buying new jumper cable but im still halfhearted,i just gotta know the problem befoe buying something.

Anyone got an idea whats wrong?

Im not talking about shoegaze as general but more depth into it such as what flavour blackgaze be or what flavour grungegaze be
