Amble - incorrect dosage

I was on sema with amble for a couple of months between November-March. I stopped taking it in March, and then recently decided to go back on it. When I went to restart, I got prescribed 1.5mg/week. I made sure to specify in the form that I have been off of it for 2 months and that I should probably start on a lower dose, I think this was overlooked it and they just restarted me on the same dose I ended on. I noticed this immediately and tried to get in contact with the doctor for 3 days after they submitted the prescription. I finally got a response back from another doctor that just said “1.5 mg is not our lowest dose, our lowest dose is 0.5”. I’m trying to figure out what to do now since the order was delivered. I’m too nervous to take what they gave me, but it was already delivered and the doctors on amble are not responding. Does anyone have any recommendations? Or how to get in contact with amble better?
