For anyone who has started recently and hasn’t seen any results, I wanted to offer some hope based on my experience.

I’ve been on the pill for 2.5 months now
- 1st month, 1.5 mg: no side effects, no hunger suppression, still had terrible food noise, ended up gaining 1-2 lbs
- 2nd month, 4mg: same thing. Absolutely no hunger or food noise suppression. Didn’t lose anything this month
- 3rd month, 9mg: HUGE CHANGE!! I’ve only been on it for 2 weeks so far but I am seeing a major change with hunger and food noise. I am struggling to finish my meals and my clothes are starting to fit better. I started intermittent fasting as a way to keep myself in a calorie deficit, and the pill has de

Workout split?

seeking advice

What workout splits do you all have? I currently do solidcore 3x/week and do cardio 3x/week. Do you guys use solidcore as your main resistance training for the week or should I be lifting in addition? My main goal is weight loss thanks!

Hello hello! I’m currently looking for hiit program recs in the sweat app. I currently do resistance training through solidcore 3x/week and looking for some hiit workouts to throw in my weekly schedule to lose some weight. I’ve been doing Kayla’s high intensity program but it just feels more strength based than hiit, so I was wondering if anyone has any other recs in the app

Hi everyone! I recently moved up to the 4mg and am finally starting to feel the effects! I don’t really have food noise, and am feeling reduced hunger, but I still feel myself just gravitating to food when I’m board. It’s not even like food noise, it just seems like when I’m board, my body just walks to get food without thinking about it. I’m sure this is just a discipline thing that I need to work on (am I’m seeing a nutritionist about this) but was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice or any similar experiences?

Hey all, I’m new to Solidcore (just finished my third class) and I’ve noticed that there seems to be different levels of tension in the left vs right cables in my studio. I brought it up to my instructor yesterday and he seemed confused and just moved me to a different machine, but that machine had the same issue.

Before class today I tested out the cables of most of the machines to try to find ones that are even but there seemed to be various degrees of unevenness throughout the room.

Is there an easy fix to this that I can apply to the machines I’m using?

Hi all, I just started using the pill last week (1.5mg) to help curb hunger cravings while I’m in a calorie deficit to help me stick with it. When did yall start noticing the change in food noise and appetite? I know a week is probably too early to start feeling the difference.

Hi all I need some advice.

I am training for the LA Marathon and have started hitting a wall with training. My runna plan had me progress to a 10 mi long run in the middle of December, and have been increasing 2 miles/week to hit 19 miles at the end of January. The 10 mile run in December was easy, I was able to hit that no problem and even felt amazing after. Ever since then I haven’t been able to surpass the 10-13 mile mark without severe mental toughness (basically forcing myself through it). My plan has me running 5 days per week and averaging a little over 30 miles/week

Last week I ran 15 miles, but the last few miles turned into a walk/run. This past weekend I was supposed to run 17

I have been sick this past week and decided to take time off of running so that I could recover. I was looking at my workouts for next week and it would have actually been a deload week. Is it possible to switch that week and this current week in the app (without just moving all of the workouts)?

I was on sema with amble for a couple of months between November-March. I stopped taking it in March, and then recently decided to go back on it. When I went to restart, I got prescribed 1.5mg/week. I made sure to specify in the form that I have been off of it for 2 months and that I should probably start on a lower dose, I think this was overlooked it and they just restarted me on the same dose I ended on. I noticed this immediately and tried to get in contact with the doctor for 3 days after they submitted the prescription. I finally got a response back from another doctor that just said “1.5 mg is not our lowest dose, our lowest dose is 0.5”. I’m trying to figure out what to do now since

Im on week 3 of my 2mg dose after 4 weeks of 1mg dose. I noticed much less food noise, and I felt fuller faster with the 1mg dose. It was an almost instant shift with the 2mg dose, the first week I took it I noticed it was noticeably different. Has anyone else noticed the same thing? I got 3 months worth at a time, is it possible the 2mg bottle is no longer good?

Does anyone have any calorie dense meals that they can share? Since I get full so quickly, I need ideas that can support the calories I need in a day (1600-1800), but that are small enough that I can actually finish it. I’ve been getting extremely tired lately and I suspect it’s because I’m only eating like 1/4 of all my meals. All my macro tracking is done when I meal prep, so I’m clearly way under my calorie goals
