Does True Knowledge entail responsibility?

Please excuse my lack of clarity and structure since I have no formal background. I’ll define true knowledge as “absolute truth”. If a person has such knowledge of any subject and not just of moral predicates, does it necessarily imply some sort of ethical obligation? Even if it does imply how or why one ought to do X , does it also necessarily imply preaching of X to other people? or are they not mutually exclusive to one another? Also in the case of prophetic preaching (just an example), theres a sort of divine responsibility upon prophets to preach and this assumes omni-benevolence of the God to begin with but what if theres no omni-benevolence or ultimate goodness to begin with? What if theres no proposed ultimate good to the truth being proposed/preach? Does a prophet still ought to do that? Is the obligation still there? And so in the case of a normal person, Even if I am aware of a truth of such sort but still at least unsure or not epistemically certain about its nature?(This sounds like a contradiction but what i am getting at is basically human naivety) Do I still ought to preach it? Simply because it’s the truth to me? This obviously assumes alot of things which I believe haven’t cleared out but I hope you get the gist of what i am trying to say since I have no background in ethical philosophy.
