Doubts about onboarding - Lateral hire

Hello everyone,

I'm a lateral hire and have been posted to Chennai. I've got my onboarding pass with my DoJ being this Monday (16th June) . Couple of questions -

1. When can I expect CTS to send the link for the session ? My recruiter has confirmed that the initial onboarding is virtual.
2. Is there an induction program for lateral hires after the virtual onboarding ? How long does it take, and can it be done virtually ? The reason I ask this is because I'm yet to relocate to Chennai so I wanted to know if all the activities in the first week can be completed virtually.
