All Star Tournament Rant

I am going to rant for a moment because I just want to. I understand its legal to take a Travel Team and play them across the league then reassemble them for All Stars and go to the tournament together and just molly whoop actual Rec League All Star teams. Its legal its okay according to the rules BUT its so wrong. Why ruin actual rec kids fun why ruin the weekend of teams made up of kids who are getting their first taste of a tournament.

Now I know people are going to say what if that team was just better. Nope we talked to the parents on the other side they looked at this tournament as a tune up for the summer tournaments for travel. They wanted to beat up on some rec kids who dont play as much as them. It was disheartening watching kids who all year hit well and in tournament had destroyed teams just get dropped off two games 22 to 2 and 23 to 5.

Like I said I'm ranting and I know its legal its just wrong and guess who's playing In the championship for the district tomorrow.... the two travel teams in the tournament and we came in 3rd just waving our little LL flag saying we got actual rec kids not a one plays travel yet but they will soon.
