Its not that I can't Google it and its not a being lazy thing. I am here to ask recommendations and experiences with different places ordering Catchers gear specific to a travel team. Right now its our first season and we are getting by with the old set I have that I picked up and a set one of the other parents has from an older sibling. I am not looking to buy a set for this fall season as we are still feeling our way through the first season and doing okay but in the spring I want to have a team colored set and maybe even have the logo on the helmet.

I want to start by saying I am in no way shape or form going to harm myself.
For a little background, I was in a fire just about 4 years ago now. I sustained 3rd degree burns across 70% of my body and 2nd and 1st across a majority of what was left of that 30%. In other words I was the marshmallow dropped into the fire and a small bit made it out untouched. I spent a bit of time in a burn unit and got out in a relatively quick manner in comparison to my burns. I never had to bad of an issue with my appearance as for the most part its whatever I look like Deadpool and its funny.

I am going to rant for a moment because I just want to. I understand its legal to take a Travel Team and play them across the league then reassemble them for All Stars and go to the tournament together and just molly whoop actual Rec League All Star teams. Its legal its okay according to the rules BUT its so wrong. Why ruin actual rec kids fun why ruin the weekend of teams made up of kids who are getting their first taste of a tournament.
Now I know people are going to say what if that team was just better. Nope we talked to the parents on the other side they looked at this tournament as a tune up for the summer tournaments for travel. They wanted to beat up on some rec kids who dont play

Seriously I thought it was just my area but I'm seeing all over here. The prices plummeted just today I was offered $22 for 36 miles $11 for 19 miles and $8 for 16 miles. All multiple orders drops with almost no tips. Of course I didn't take then but I never saw them come back around to surge at all and watched people picking up because I sit in the Parking lot and wait most days when I don't get a good one. My wife asked how they can get away with us paying them to deliver because under a dollar per mile is pretty much paying Walmart to deliver for them. I won't move early afternoon for less than 2 a mile and won't accept after 5pm for less than 3 and usually get better. The question is WHO

I have never been so angry doing this. I actually enjoy the work it's at my pace and I'm not trying to appease a boss. Then I'm driving back to the store today after doing my second order of the day. I get a call from. Walmart pickup I answer and the lady on the other end starts yelling at me right away that I messed up. I explain to her I have no idea who she is or what she means. She says I didn't deliver the stuff to the right spot. I'm like ok well I have about 15 stickers on bags that said I did? What is it that I didn't deliver. Me and my wife both Spark. We both have accounts we both do it proper and we don't mix things up between us because we are genuinely honest people so this story made me week.
My wife goes out in the mornings while I sleep in because I am not a morning person and I high five change kids and spark duties with her at about 11 each morning. I have had three days in a row where I finally get an awesome tipped order and I pull up to pick up and while waiting for them to cart the little blue carts out the one or two really well tipped parts of the trip suddenly get taken off the order. Do I report the lovely (sarcastically said) girl who manages this drop off as she is pretty sure she is spark Jesus and can tell you how to park and when to cancel or do I just wait for her to leave like the last one I know she is canceling my tips to go to friends because they go right back out? Just wondering how everyone else handles it.
