I see a lot of posts for GET hiring on linkedin and it makes me wonder why are they not hiring already selected students?

Me with a bunch of students got placed for JIO GET a while ago in a campus placement, but since that drive the hr just ghosted our college we all think that we’ll never get the offers now. Can anyone tell if they will release the offer letters or not?
