So I am having termination based on performance issuess and they are forcing me to resign I am asking what if i dont resign and ask to terminate me , will my experience letter have words like terminate orr my reliving letter have words like terminate, any body who have switched from jio how well your bgv goes

How you guys are spending your 9 hours apart from work , just need some ideas to spent time on days where workload is less as in BLR Avana WFO is going to start from 1st July.

I have recently been terminated by Reliance JioBP, while I was scheduled for a knee surgery. The team terminated me without any conversation, the termination was effective on the same day.

I have asked for an explanation and reason which has not been provided along no information on FNF or salary or any conversation at all.

The insensitivity of the team goes far beyond anything imaginable, my manager told me I can travel with a cab while I was visiting hospitals for MRI and preparing for knee surgery.
I had nearly two months of PL saved but they didn’t want me to use it.

I know no senior management is going to do anything I raised the concern but no response nothing at all.

Working as a consultant. Its going to be almost 2 years working here and yet to see any increment. They are not giving any timeline on this as well.

Does anyone has some clue on that or any suggestions.?

There's a job opportunity at JPL for operations engineer role at NIC project Delhi. How is the overall work culture there? As operations engineer apart from the Linux OS support, what other technologies would I get a chance to work on? Ansible? Kubernetes? Openshift? Openstack? Ceph?

Me with a bunch of students got placed for JIO GET a while ago in a campus placement, but since that drive the hr just ghosted our college we all think that we’ll never get the offers now. Can anyone tell if they will release the offer letters or not?
