I really need some help with my 5 year old and her abdominal pain please! 🥺

Hi everyone, I’m really at a loss and hoping someone here might have some insight or has gone through something similar.

My 5-year-old has been dealing with abdominal pain for about a month now. Around her belly button.It’s on and off, and she describes it as a “mild punch” feeling. She says it hurts when she’s hungry and sometimes when she’s full. On top of that, she had a low-grade temp (99.6°F) a couple of weeks ago, and now it’s back again. This isn’t normal for her unless she’s fighting something off.

She’s still eating okay and has moments where she’s jumping and playing like her normal self, but then she crashes—becomes clingy, says she’s “sad for no reason,” and asks to nap (which is unusual for her).

We’ve already been to the ER twice and her doctor twice. They did labs, and nothing obvious has come up. But something still doesn’t feel right, and it’s heartbreaking to keep seeing her like this.

If anyone has had similar experiences or ideas of what we might explore next, I’d be so grateful. I just want to help her feel better.
