Problem with Bed Level, z-Offset, Flow Rate or temperature?

The problem:

I cannot get luminous filament (or many other types of filament) to extrude appropriately at times. I have to run a z offset of 0.2mm, although, it is not helping with these two (different manfacturer) filaments.

The extruder cannot extrude when it is trying to print, it gets clicking.

The extruder can extrude when not directly above the heat bed.

Originally it clicked on the the KAMP Adaptive Purge line.

Changed KAMPs purge height to 2mm

#variable_purge_height: 0.8 # Z position of nozzle during purge. Default is 0.8.variable_purge_height: 2 # Z position of nozzle during purge. Default is 0.8.

Reduced the flow rate from 0.93 to 0.744. Still clicked.

Restored the flow rate back to 0.93, increased the nozzle temp from 225 to 235. Still clicked.

I could use some ideas on how to get this printer to:

- Extrude properly when printing. There are filaments it has no problem using, mostly mattes

- Do I really need to set the z Offset to 0.2mm? It seems that it won't print with other filaments unless I do.

Software:
Orcaslicer

Layer Height 0.12mm

First Layer 0.2mm

Hardware:

K1 Max with Unicorn 0.4mm nozzle.

Klipper

Orcaslicer

Creality Borosilicate Glass plate still have the magnetic layer.

Spring based knobs under plate

Filament recommendations:

Recommended Print Temperature Manufacturer spec: 190-220

Hot bed temperature: 50 degrees max.

Current Orcaslicer Settings:

Recommended Nozzle Temperature 210-230

Flow Ratio 0.93

Print Temperature for the nozzle 225 First Layer, 225 Remaining.

Got it to below, and since I was satisfied, I moved on.

17:15:42 // left back : x=48.0, y=270.0, z=0.24195 : adjust CW 00:01

17:15:42 // right back : x=250.0, y=270.0, z=0.25464 : adjust CW 00:00

17:15:42 // right front : x=279.0, y=21.0, z=0.24205 : adjust CW 00:01

After KAMP, filament cannot extrude. Extruder is clicking.

Take a look at bedmesh determined by KAMP, it's horrible.

Cleaned the nozzle off with the brass wirebrush

No clicking. On adaptive line.

But clicking on printing.

Reduced the flow rate by 20 percent to 0.744

Print - still clicking

Restored the flow rate back to 0.93

Increased nozzle temperature by 10.

Nozzle temperature was 225, is now 235.

Recommended Nozzle Temperature min: 220, max 240

Print still clicking.
