What to put on carpet to make heels slide easier?

I've been dancing on my pole with no shoes because of carpet. I want to wear my heels but absolutely cannot because they do not slide and my ankle bends pretty badly on carpet in heels. Is there anything that can be done about this? Are there hard mats that are sold specifically for poles? TIA
