Strange Humming

Hello everyone. Just moved here in May and loving it so far. But, my wife is being driven crazy trying to find out what some strange humming alarm sound is. It is outside around 9pm every night. If anyone knows what it is that would be so helpful. Honestly we are just curious lol. We live over on west Rudisill by Bluffton.
