About ready to cancel three phone services because of lack of customer support

I have been paying for my whole family's phone bill for more than 5 years. I have spent thousands of dollars. I can not log in due to complicated circumstances and am ready to cancel everything if I do not speak to a real person asap. Been trying to log in for the past week. It's impossible to speak to a real person on the phone its ridiculous.
