HIV Exposure and anxiety

2 weeks ago I (m, 35) met a random guy (m, 55) on grindr. He sucked me for around 10 seconds, had mutual masturbation but in a moment he placed a drop of his precum on my glans, after that I cleaned with water and soap but then he put our dicks together and our glans touched again with him having precum, after what I cleaned again but I dont fully know if his precum touched my urethra. We both washed hands and masturbated each other with no more exchange of fluids. No semen of him on me.

I am circumcised, he is not. He says he is negative and regulary test but no way to prove it.

I have been anxious since then and started to feel a bit ill around 12 days after. Oral temps of 37.2c (99f) in the evenings, bit of sorethroat and one day I had night seat. I have axilary and neck disconfort but I dont feel an inflamed lymph node. I am extremely anxious so I dont know if all this is anxiety.

I will take a 4th gen antigen/antibody test but anxiety is killing me. I can't afford a PCR.
