Fullerton Pike extension timeline?

I turned on the local radio station yesterday afternoon, and they JUST finished talking about when the Fullerton extension (from I69, nice, past Bachelor and the SW Library to Rhorer) would be complete...and I didn't get to hear the date.

Anyone know when that will be done?
