Has anyone here dealt with erotophobia (fear of sexual attraction) ?

Basically the title, I think a lot of my anxiety is probably caused by this affliction (which I assume is caused at least in part from a porn addiction that was really bad for a number of years) and I’m wondering if anybody here has gone through this and if/how they were able to overcome it.
