Internet Connection Keeps Dropping

I have been having internet issues daily for the past week where the connection drops and outages that last for hours.

Technicians have come to fix it but the issue persists. The tech replaced the main line from the outside to my house, checked internal wiring and modem, and confirmed the issue was the outside line.

I have troubleshooted using the Xfinity assistant and with agents but the connection keeps dropping.

Could someone please help?
