Was I using speed or meth?

Years ago, my boyfriend injected me with something that I believed was speed. Thinking about it since, maybe it was meth, because a girl stopped by to buy meth from him. Whatever it was, I got a rushing sensation in my throat, and what felt like a hundred orgasms at once for probably the first few hours. Then I felt high and invincible and more "capable" for the rest and started cleaning the motel. Then I had a major come down which were some of the worst feelings I've felt in my life. He shot me up several more times after this with this stuff and I went psychotic and he left me in a motel. Is there any way of telling if this was speed or meth?
