i can’t enjoy food anymore, i can barely exercise and my man bones jut out from my face like cliffs because there’s no fat to hide them. every single time i stand up i literally feel like i’m going to have a heart attack and faint and die🙃 when i was at my worst point my hair was literally falling down in disgusting clumps into the shower drain and i have scars and discoloration all over my body from how dry and sore-filled my skin got at one point.

ik most of you are probably joking when talking about anamaxxing or just mean losing weight by it but i still hate seeing it talked about as such a positive thing sometimes tbhon
