Am I at risk for HIV?

I have HSV-1, and about a week ago I received unprotected oral from a masseuse and a HJ which I did finish. The masseuse made sure to wipe me off before and after with water and baby wipes, but I’ve been super stressed for the past week about the risk of me getting HIV / HPV, mostly just HIV.

I read that HIV from unprotected oral is very unlikely, but having HSV dramatically boosts the chances of me catching me. I didn’t notice any sores on my genitals but I did notice three small pimple like spots near my pubic area after and it’s been super itchy (maybe because I did just shave my genitalia after the encounter).

After about a week, I’m now having a slight cough and just lightheadedness / fatigue. I’m really on edge about catching HIV, can anyone help me?

I do plan on getting tested when it hits 18 days, but within this time period I’ve been losing my mind over the risk.
