Cannot Login to Xfinity

I am trying to sign-up for service at my new apartment, but am repeatedly prompted to login. Since I am a new customer, I try to create an account, but am asked to verify my phone number. I get sent the text message and input the code only to get "This information doesn't match our records".

I then followed the link to "contact us" for more help. The support forum had absolutely nothing related to my topic. And the chat bot refuses to help me unless I login.

I tried to call the 800 number, but there are no lines for support, only for purchasing services.

I just need to be able to login. Please help.
