Constant Freezing

I recently purchased the MLB extra innings package and EVERY teams broadcast freezes after about 8-10 minutes. The freezes usually last for about 30-45 seconds. The audio cuts out and pressing exit usually just leads to a black screen. This is on the tv box, non streaming service. Anyone else have this problem? I’ve tried rebooting the box. If the tech support crew at xfinity can’t help this I won’t be purchasing this package again.
