Stuck to Dubai one month

Hello guys,

I am very nervous I sent an envelope includes identity and sensitive documents to Dubai via canada post since July 7th. Until now no updates.

It show it is in transit.

I don’t know what to do ??! I created a services ticket two days ago. No updates as well.

It was scheduled for delivery July 24

What can I do ?
