I’m looking for advice or shared experiences. Canada Post has officially declared a parcel I sent from Canada to the UAE as lost. It contained very important items – a Syrian passport plus original education certificates from Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Syria.

I already received the formal “lost” declaration letter from Canada Post, but it says if the item is ever located, it will still be processed.

Has anyone here had a shipment declared lost by Canada Post (especially international, going to the UAE) that later actually showed up weeks or months later? Is there any real chance it could still surface at customs or in the mail recovery process, or once it’s declared lost it’s b

I already posted before but the anxiety is consuming me. I shipped a parcel that has a passport to Dubai on July 8th.

It shows in July 12th has been forwarded to the destination. Then no scan no movement since July 12th. I created an investigation ticket nothing yet. I am so so worried.

We called Emirates post and they don’t have anything. Canada post saying it scanned and departed Canada but we don’t know after that.

Any advice any tips ??

My cat since two days is hiding and not eating well.

I took her to the vet. Her temperature was high and they gave her antibiotics and fluid.

She is still not well. I am waiting for the blood test and urine test and X-ray.

She is indoor cat. She doesn’t go out. No change in the environment.

I am a new comer in B.C, Canada. I have resigned during probation after 6 weeks. My probation is 3 months. However, I was looking at the offer letter. I saw that there is a clause that says during probation, the employer has the right with immediate effect without any notice. While it is silent about the employee obligation during probation.

In another section, it says that during employment, the employee is required to provide two weeks notice but it doesn’t explicitly say it is applicable on probation as well.

I am just afraid since I already left but not sure what can they do ? They are really not professional and in total mess. That’s why I left.

I am in my third week 20 mg. The fatigue is slowly getting away. Now I notice more twitching in my legs although I drink electrolytes almost daily. I used to have this issue before but now it is coming back with Prozac. Anyone had this issue before ?
