Need advice relating to work experience docs

Hi all,
I'm currently at 511 score and waiting for a miracle. I have 2.9 years of foreign work experience. I have all the documents need for immigration except tax docs (FORM 16 in my case). I am trying to reach out to the companies, but haven't had any luck with response yet. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me who has received their PR if the immigration officer will ask about these tax forms and need them for application?
