Can someone please explain why is there an option for US PERSON on page 2 part 3 of the form.
What steps are taken if the transaction was with an US person.

Hello All,

I am currently in my home country. My PGWP has expired. I got ITA under CEC for 509 cutoff. While im working on providing all my documents, i see that i need to show proof of funds. As far as i know I don’t need POF under CEC category but my consultant says since im outland and have no valid offer letter I need to show proof of funds.

Can someone suggest what should I do?

Also if i have yo show them i need to transfer that amount from my parents account. Amount would not be 6 months old.

Iam currently at score 511 under CEC. With the recent score drops i am hopeful to get an ITA soon. Unfortunately my EE profile is expiring on jan 5th 2026. I am thinking to withdraw and reapply new profile. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with the following.

1. Should i withdraw and reapply before the next draw?
2. How long does it take for me to apply again after withdrawing the existing profile?
3. Can i do it on a weekend? Will it still update before monday?
4. My biggest fear- my pgwp expired on dec 1st 2025 and i moved back to my home country. I do not reside in Canada. My question is, which country should i mention when i create my new profile?

I am trying to reach out to the companies, but haven't had any luck with response yet. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me who has received their PR if the immigration officer will ask about these tax forms and need them for application?

I have recently finished 3 part SEE exams and currently awaiting EA license. I was hoping if you guys can suggest some LinkedIn certifications or any other, for me to enhance my knowledge as well as my resume. I have no accounting background. Switching careers from customer service to EA.
I'm considering getting a quickbooks certification through LinkedIn. I cannot signup for VITA/TCE because I live in Canada. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have almost 11 months experience in Canada NOC position. I have already created an express entry application and it says " as of January i am eligible". End of February i will have a complete 1 year experience (12 months for CEC). My job a contract position so there is no chance of extension. I am looking for another job but its hard to find one in Canada as you know.
My question is- i saw that for one to be eligible for CEC draw we cannot travel outside Canada for more than 7 days in the 12 months.

I need to travel to India for more than a month for an emergency.

Since it says im eligible can i travel or would you guys suggest to travel after 12 months only. Please advice!!

I am trying to book my part 1 exam slot in toronto, Canada but there are no slots available here. Closest one shows Pennsylvania USA. I wanted to book after feb 20th. Please help.

PS- I have USA visit visa as well. Its just hard for me to travel and give exam. If there are no windows in Canada can i travel on my Visit visa and give exam?
