Much delayed effect of Krantom or just coming down ? Totally wired 12 hours later- like it just hit me

I took my usual dose of adderal all at once this AM as I usually do. It's 120 mg and have been on this dose for years. Doesn't cause euphoria or increased energy these days but does help me throw into gear. I have 4 years of back taxes to do and got too stoned last night. So I decided to get this focus krantom drink- made by organics. I drank 2 doses. I felt very clear headed.

Now it is the end of the day and I uncomfortably wired. Chattering my teeth, dry mouth, hyper, anxioys .. My question is did the krantom just kick in late ? Or is their some weird interaction between krantom and adderall. Or am I just crashing off a speed ball ? Should I take a little bit of krantom to alleviate crash, or just ride it out and get decently high ? I have no sedatives available ...
