How hard is to get a hold of pharmaceutical grade hydromorphone or morphine for actual pain ? .. Not something home made / mixed with fentanyl, the real McCoy .. I know how to test it .. I do not know of any mobile pharmacists ..Do these pharmacists allow you to test it ? Or should one assume all opiate pills have some fentanyl in them in say the Pacific North West ?

I am not seeking a huge volume to get high off.. It is for actual short term pain and the fascists in the ER do not treat pain.. Same with most doctors .. Coming from a doctor.. Why is treating pain and suffering forbidden.. The above meds do not depend on a cytochrome 2d6 , which is inhibited by prozac, so all the oxy / co

I have only dabbled in it a few times. Took 5 sips of concentrated liquid. Made my headache go away instantly. Made me want to puke .. made me drowsy and then a bit hyper. Slept the entire day next day and felt bad / hungover ..

I have dabbled a bit in a variety of opiates. So I realize we are all unique experiments ..

But the info. above would be helpful as I feel damn depressed and tired today. . I have PTSD so always afraid of losing it which sucks .. Krantom , like codeine may not be for me

I smoke a small amount in the evening in a joint around 6 to 7 pm. A 1 gram joint will last about 6 days. I used to smoke more but cut back because of feeling groggy in the AM. I have always had a low tolerance. Tried different strains and still the same effect. Edibles kill me. So I am coming to the conclusion ganja is not for me.

I have skipped a night here and there. I have noted some more intense dreaming and people say I am clearer the next day. I still feel tired and I guess has not been enough 'proof' to motivate me. So obviously I need to take consecutive nights off, but just wondering how long do I have to wait to see results ? I realize everyone is different. Thanks

I took my usual dose of adderal all at once this AM as I usually do. It's 120 mg and have been on this dose for years. Doesn't cause euphoria or increased energy these days but does help me throw into gear. I have 4 years of back taxes to do and got too stoned last night. So I decided to get this focus krantom drink- made by organics. I drank 2 doses. I felt very clear headed.

Now it is the end of the day and I uncomfortably wired. Chattering my teeth, dry mouth, hyper, anxioys .. My question is did the krantom just kick in late ? Or is their some weird interaction between krantom and adderall. Or am I just crashing off a speed ball ? Should I take a little bit of krantom to alleviate c

I have moderate OSA. Using CPAP for the first time about 8 to 10 hours a night. REM sleep according to my watch has jumped from under 30 minutes to over 2 hours with CPAP. Deep sleep is improving from under a 1/2 hour to about an 1 1/2 hours.

Still pretty damn tired and unmotivated. I understand this is likely to brain catching up on REM sleep etc. My question is DAE experience this and how long does it last?

Also, what were people's experiences with weight loss. That is time frame, amount lost ?

Thanks

Still in the PNW. Moved for a sweet job. I guess we can now call it PNWPTSD. Too many consonants, ha ha.

I am blind in one eye and thinking about getting a car that has the above features to be safer. My biggest concern is avoiding pedestrians at night.

My question is do these warning / braking systems really work? If so, what brand of car is the best? Additionally, would you recommend leasing as the technology is always being updated and I want the latest update.

Thanks

I have PTSD from childhood trauma. I see a psychiatrist monthly and counselor twice monthly. I have been stable on meds for a few years.

I am receiving life insurance through my work. I am concerned my history of PTSD will potentially exclude me. My psychiatrist takes hand written notes and is very good about confidentiality.

2 years ago my wife left abruptly for 9 months and I was involuntarily hospitalized in a psych ward despite. Both times were short stays and the second time the doctors wondered why I got admitted in the first place. I changed my 'involuntary status ' to 'voluntary' to prevent it going on my license (MD).

My question is do I really have to admit to these hospital

I am 56 y.o. male and about 210 lbs, 5'10" I eat protein with every meal. It seems the recommended supplementation for someone of my size (although , unfortunately, my weight is not all lean mass) is ridiculous. Idk, I have a hard time ingesting bars and shakes and would rather continue to eat decent amounts of protein via real food. Although I know I am still bellow most recommendations for weight lifters.

I have a good amount of muscle mass for my age. I don't really have much of a problem gaining muscle. However, I have read a few studies that suggest older lifters need even more protein than younger ones to 'go anabolic' (gain muscle). Anyone here who is a 'fast responder ' (gains musc

I have read a lot of literature on weekly sets recommended per muscle group for hypertrophy and strength. ...I have read that 4 sets a week per muscle group is enough in most to give significant results in hypertrophy and even less than that for strength. So this could mean for the chest two days of one set of bench press and one set of flies, going close to failure in the 8 to 12 rep range.. Basically a lot of articles , including meta- analyses on PubMed , conclude that you can get 80 percent yield with 4 sets. When you go to 10 to 20 sets , you get about 90 to 95 percent yield.

It does depend on the individual and slow gainers may need more sets. But in some people doing sets closer to

I want a good weight routine to loose belly, happy with overall strength and muscularity-although skinny legs. Critique please

I am naturally muscular and have periodically lifted. I am happy with degree of muscularity, except now sporting a sizable gut. I am 5'10", 220lbs, could stand to lose 30, or maybe gain 10 pounds muscle- mostly legs, and so lose 20 lbs.

My question is if one is using weightlifting to change body composition and not necessarily hypertrophy does this approach make sense, especially considering I am older.:

Focus on compound lifts : squats , deadlifts, lunges, overhead press, bench press and rows. Given I don't want to injure myself - use moderately heavy weights

I am a nightly smoker, about .3 grams of flower in a pipe. I have been getting high for the past 5 years at around 7 pm. Despite not smoking more after that , and using only moderate potent weed, I feel groggy and unmotivated the next morning until about noon .

I have tried adding CBD , avoid edibles, tried sativa leaning strains but still have this groggy feeling. I have quit before for a few weeks without much of WD's. My tolerance lowers quite quickly in about 2 days. Unfortunately, I can't recall about my energy but people have commented I seem 'clearer'

I smoke because I am bored but not really any other reasons - like to sleep so with the exception of a nightly ritual , it is more h

Apathy and ostracizing the victim

Trigger warning auto accident , CSA mention

I am 55 y.o. man who is a survivor of CSA and violence from a much older brother. The violence was continual until he decided to 'teach me about sex' and I got raped in my own bed. I buried all that until it got reactivated when I had a rare disease and went half blind. That compounded with getting t-boned in a parking lot by a big dude who assaulted me brought back the memories of my brother.

Anyway, I had to quit being a surgeon and it was very tough on my marriage of 26 years. A few years back my wife and I got into an argument and her usual go to is to stonewall me which I find extremely triggering. There
