Hi all,

I’m not sure where to go or what to do as I’ve been to the doctors multiple times, and it just seemed to be going around in circles of getting more blood tests.

This all started from a camplybactor bacterial infection from food poisoning 7 months ago. 

The physical joint pain started 4.5 months in begging with unbearable knee and elbow pains (No swelling or redness). Then they calmed down with the pain until the 6th month. I woke up one morning and my neck, spine, tailbone, lowerback, heels were in excruciating pain. A couple of weeks later, i did a blood test and my crp/ esr inflammation markers came back normal I’m now on the 7th month mark where the pains just seem to fluctuate. HOWEVER, I now have my result from the test a few weeks ago and show abnormal results.

I’m awaiting on a MRI scan which i’m on the waiting list for as this week take time because our crap health system in the UK. 

I suspect its Nr-axspa or AS. The symptoms seem to match, I’m a 30M - had no prior health issues before the food poisoning and all of these issues have just been stacking and building ontop of each other.

I dont exactly know how bad these test results are or what they point to exactly and i’m not expecting a diagnosis from anyone. Just wanted to see if anyone has had similar same experience/results and thoughts really. I appreciate any suggestions or advice.

It feels day by day i’m just about surviving. Please help me, i dont even know if i’m dying. I feel like my doctors arent taking me seriously 😞
