didnt think i’d post here again as i had completely given up.

Just to cut a long story short - in January 2025 i had a severe food poisoning episode, which developed into post infection IBS, about a few months after that i developer knee and elbow pains. then a few months after that i woke up one morning in such pain and agony in my neck, spine/back, lowerback, buttocks/ si joints

I’ve done all of the blood tests, calproctein tests, inflammation test, autoimmune markersAll came back normal.

I pushed for a MRI as I suspected it was Nr-axspa or AS as all of my symptoms matched.

This was the conclusion of my MRI:

Just before i get into anything. I’m not asking for a diagnosis. I’m a 30M, basically it all started with food poisoning which was that severe to the point i was going to die.

It happened about 8 months ago, the usual symptoms irregular bowel movements, and thought it was post infectious IBS. So i accepted it. Around the 4th month mark i woke up to pins and needles in my hands, feet, fingers and arms, from what everyone was suggesting its a lack of b12 and the blood test did show my b12 on the lower side of normal. I’ve recently just got back on Hinge after being banned and never thought I’d actually be back on it. I’ve had success within the past week. i’m not sure why I got banned in the first place but I woke up to a violated terms and conditions after having a conversation with a woman that was speaking sexually to me and me being that stupid I engaged in it from what I’ve learnt if you do get back on Hinge after being banned from my experience it has to be a completely different phone which of course then has a new serial number. I managed to get back on Hinge because being blocked over something that wasnt my fault. Anyways, the most frustrating issue that I have is actually getting girls out on a date like soonish. And for any smart arses, no not on the same day.

I’m respectful, keep the conversation clean until i’ve got the number and rapport is built. Buts like anytime I ask them lets go for a drink or I try to plan an small activity, theres always like this stupid barrier of excuse. Cut a long story short, I’m back on Hinge and after even just a midnight of having it, i’m already getting quality matches and speaking to quality people.

My account got banned the morning after a girl started the conversation with me sexually. I meant i wasn’t complaining but I believe that was the main reason as to why i was banned.

Following from my previous post. I suspect i have either Nr-axspa or AS my clear trigger was food poisoning 7 months back.

I’m awaiting on my MRI test. I wanted to know what is the worst case scenario is. My biggest fear is being wheel chair bound. I never thought in a million years it would come to this.

Main pains that are on/off are spine, neck, heels, back, SI joints. I know theres something wrong.

Is this that bad that it can potentially kill us?

Is 4.5 months after a severe gut infection way to long to be reactive arthritis as it started in my elbow and knees. HOWEVER

On the 6th month mark, i woke up one morning with a flare of my entire spine, heels and neck which was pain and stiffness. Since then i’ve had deep buttock pain and spine sensitivities and lower back hurting.

I’m still able to walk for long period of time, stretch bend down etc. I’m starting to wonder if this is evolving in Nr-axspa or AS. As from what I’ve researched and been told is that reactive arthritis doesnt usually affect the SI/buttock or spine. Which is what’s deeply concerning me.

This all started from food poisoning 6.5/7 months ago (camplybactor)

I first started having symptoms such as knee and elbow pains.

As a update, my elbows pains are now gone, i have knee stiffness, i have on/off back/spine pains in between my shoulder blades. I’ve done another round of blood inflammation markers (awaiting results). I did a ANA, CCP, RF autoimmune panel which all came back fine.

It all started from food poisoning 6.5 months ago. (Camplyobactor). At the 4 months mark my knees, elbows and hands started randomly hurting. then fast forward to now, about 12 days ago i woke up and felt in such egony, all body parts were hurting, my heels, SI joints, buttocks, lowerback/tailbone, spine, neck stiffness.

As the days go on, it has calmed down but the mid section just above my shoulder blades, buttock pains and lower back are all on/off randomly throughout the day. I’m still able to get out of bed, stretch, bend down and be mobile and commute to work. So i guess

Is there anyone that I can speqk to about Reactive arthritis as I genuinely dont know if its this or another type or arthritis.

I seem to be going through some weird experience. Got a long story short I had severe food poisoning six months ago. On the fifth month. I started to have neurological symptoms. They started off as elbow knees and electrical zaps all over my body.

Now those have been rectified after taking supplements and being on a stack I’ve now developed even new problems which are even more scarier and I think it’s due to some type of autoimmune or something else.
