Is it fair that I come in 30 minutes early to work everyday and they are asking me if I'm willing to come in even earlier?
For context I work in a batch office for a warehouse so do all the invoicing, routing and computer stuff.
I come in 30 minutes early every single day from my start time at 330PM so that when other people start getting there work is available.
The operations manager is asking me if I'm willing to start coming in early to work when I've been doing that the entire year, and I explained to him that the it depends on if all the orders from customers are in and the deadline is 3pm so if they are still ordering i can't really do nothing and I told him that I already come in early.
Is this fair? And should I be offended that they are telling me they want me to start coming in early when I already do?
