Headaches at work

I’m 22. I work a desk job where I’m on my computer all day. Every day for the past two weeks I’ve had terrible headaches and feel exhausted leaving.

Is this because of IH? Can medication help? I start modafanil next week.

Anyone diagnosed with IH, do you have any strategies to manage desk work and not feel like 💩 after 5 PM??
