Recently went to a local bike shop and checked out some bikes.

Meep. I just got diagnosed with IH today. I’m 22. Graduated from college in May (I slept in my chair during my graduation ceremony 🫠).

Ever since I first met with my sleep medicine doctor and he said my exhaustion is likely attributed to IH or narcolepsy, my entire outlook has changed.

I’m honestly not upset about the diagnosis. It’s so incredibly validating to know that I feel this way because of a neurological disorder. That I’m literally wired to be sleepy.
