Thoughts on Travelling to Germany on Chancenkarte (Opportunity) visa?

I am a 4th-year IT student in a recognized BSc program in North Cyprus. I'm from a third-world country, and so I am looking to move somewhere to start a career. I only have IT support intern experience < 1 year.
Is Germany it? What's your experience with the Chancenkarte (Opportunity) route?
