My kitten suddenly stopped all wet food!

My cat is a rescue and the vet guessed her to be around 6 months old. Earlier she used to be a greedy and always hungry little kitty. A couple of days after the last deworming she has stopped eating wet food (boiled chicken/fish or store brought cans) and is only wanting dry kibbles. Is that good in the long run? She has bouts of diarrhea on and off and earlier boiled chicken and rice and pumpkin helped.

I am from India. Vet and commercial food options (apart from RC, Farmina, Drools conglomerate etc) are slightly limited here. She is playing and otherwise looks fine!
