How are you all drinking 2-3 liters of water a day?
Honest question for the sub:
I quit smoking after 30 years. I gained weight for the first time in my life (I am a female in my 40’s). I have tried so many diets, exercises, fasting rituals and nothing works. I’m not big enough for injections, but I’m clearly flabby af.
I found that weight lifting actually made me feel good about myself. Like I was actually accomplishing something and you can feel and see the results. I genuinely love it. F the treadmills.
So I’m still a beginner doing 10-20lbs reps with dumbells at home and I’m trying to take 5mg of creatine a day. However, there’s NO way I can drink that much water (recommended 2-3 liters a day). It literally makes me nauseated and vomit 🤮 Forcing liquid down has always been hard for my stomach ever since I was a kid. I don’t know why.
Also how does it not make you wake up to pee all night?
I stopped taking the creatine a few days ago because the muscle cramps became so severe that they would shock me awake in the middle of the night with intense pain.
Any tips/tricks to hydrate myself enough to take the creative without dehydrating myself would be appreciated. Thank you and please go easy on me 🫣
