Welcome to r/Creatine. Here you will find a friendly and forgiving community of creatine users who have been through the same hardship, regret and guilt that you yourself might be experiencing right now.

The side-effects of creatine are a serious problem in the bodybuilding community - a problem that "science" and "research" is quick to turn its back on. Creatine addiction is something to be stopped, and we are all here to help.

What is creatine?

Creatine monohydrate (or any of its other forms) is a dangerous bodybuilding drug that causes a gradual, yet permanent, change in muscle tissue. Creatine gives the user a prolonged mental and physical high known as "gains". "Gains" give the user feelings of euphoria, greed and vanity.

What are the side-effects?

Whilst "gaining" with creatine, users may experience increased strength, resulting in a struggle to carry out even the most basic of household tasks, e.g. locking a door, eating cereal or climbing stairs.
