How do I take my passport back from Atlys?

Those who already know how much of a Scam Atlys is. Cut to short I want my passport back and apply myself directly for Japan Visa through VFS. That being said, can someone tell me if I can go to their office and ask for my passport directly.

I am sure they haven’t yet forwarded my application and my passport must be with them only in their Delhi office.
