Screenbeam MoCA adapter

Morning.

I am trying to utilize a ScreenBeam MoCA 2.5 adapter. It works at the point it plugs into my Xfinity router. But, when trying to utilize an access point in another room I am not getting any connection. I’ve read that we might need a specific POE MoCA adapter to help with signal interference. I’ve also read we can schedule an appointment to have you all install one. Is this true? If not can you point me in the right direction of what product I’d need and where to install?
