Can’t sign into xfinity with correct id and password

I share and account with someone they can get in with the same information I use and we’ve done this twice I put in the information they put into their phone and it says “The Xfinity ID or password you entered was incorrect. Please try again.” But again password was reset and works perfectly fine both times just not on any other devices but this one.
