Help me! Molluscum!

So I had molluscum around my pubic area, which i went for needle extraction, saw my doctor take out those pesky viruses. But I guess that did not clear the entire virus and seeds were there.

So after a week, i started seeing more bumps. Maybe i ended up rubbing my towel sometime, not on that area but nearby where bumps were there but not visible😭. So its almost now on my back and armpit area. I am super scared now.

I got it TCA cauterised, but still new ones around the chest and neck area keep showing up.

I am on this regime:

1. 50mg+ zinc per day (cant go beyond this as it wreaks havoc on my gut).
2. Applying trenitoin 0.5% on newly coming and suspected lesions.
3. Will got to dermat every 2or3 week for TCA application to burn these mfs out.
4. Changing my clothes every 2 days, will do it everyday.

I am scared about HiV now as i read somewhere more molluscum means hiv :(.

I did not have unprotected sex and the last person i was with, she did not have any Molluscum bumps i swear i checked. But with her my protection broke, which i realised later ofc. But she wasn’t a hooker but a date with whom i was going out since a month.

I am not sure where else it could have come from.
