Bazzite on Laptop
I've got a spare laptop I'd like to effectively turn into a Steam console. Windows 11 has given me some quality of life issues I've worked around, e.g. I can make it autologin and autorun Steam in Big Picture mode, when the laptop goes to sleep I can make it wake back up back into Steam without prompting for a logon, and I can change logged in Steam users from the controller, so basically it's pretty close. Looking at actually waking up from controller button presses today.
Questions are basically:
Am I likely to see any advantage by using Bazzite, from a user-experience perspective? The ability to change Steam users is pretty important.
Am I likely to see much, if any of a performance change? i9-13900H with an RTX 2000 Ada GPU if it helps.
I get there are some compatibility issues due to anticheat support, but I very rarely play AAA games anyway so it's less of a worry. It's the user experience more than anything.
