Reddit keeps removing my post but let's try again.... Getting emails from Facebook about old ads being approved

Over the past week I’ve started receiving multiple emails from Facebook saying that ads I created years ago have just been approved. This is confusing because I haven’t touched those campaigns in a long time.

When I open Ads Manager, the only active campaigns I can see are the recent ones I launched. None of the older ads are running, and budgets look exactly as expected.

Has anyone else had this happen? Is it just a glitch in their system, or should I be worried something else is going on?
